First Steps Dates range

HPA portal is multi-tenant and can access to multiple environments. You can switch environment at any time, the page will refresh automatically the data.

A maximum period of 7 days for displaying the data in the HPA portal. Due to the amount of raw data read and analyzed, this limit ensure that navigation will still be easy.

If at any moment, you have a specific use case that need to display more than a week of data, contact the support team.

In the top bar, click on ‘Period’ and select a preconfigured one or a custom dates.

A set of preconfigured date range can be access in one click :

  • last 10mn
  • last hour
  • last 24H
  • last 48H
  • last week

Custom dates selection

Any range of date can be selected with this popup (in the maximum authorized range 7 days).

  1. Click on the first day of the range
  2. Click on the second day of the range (can be the same day)

In the bottom part, the hours and minutes can be configured.

Navigation

You can go to next and previous period with the left/right arrow.

The time period will go forward or backward within the current analytic duration period.

In this example, next period will be 08/07/2022 11:14 and previous period will be 08/07/2022 09:14.

Live mode

By clicking in the play button, the portal automatically refreshed every 15s, displaying the last 10mn of data (by default)

To stop the live mode click on the same place on pause.

You can configure the live mode :

  • refresh time (not less than 15s, agents send the metrics every 15s)
  • period time (not more than 1h, it can take times to load all the data and it’s not relevant for a live mode to be on a greater period of time)

Zoom from graph

You can zoom on the graphs with the mouse wheel and move left/right. If you want to use this new timerange for all the portal

Click on the date, then on Use zoom period, all the portal is refreshed with the new zoom period.

Date format selection

To switch between date format, in the top bar, click on ‘Date formatting’ and select a format.

English format is : MM/DD/YYYY 12-hour AM/PM

French format is : DD/MM/YYYY 24-hour
