HPA portal is multi-tenant and can connect to multiple environments. You can switch environments at any time, the page will automatically refresh the displayed data.

Data in the HPA portal is limited to a maximum period of 7 days. Due to the amount of raw data read and analyzed, this limit ensures smooth navigation.

If at any moment, you have a specific use case that needs to display more than a week of data, contact the support team.

In the top bar, click on ‘Analytic start date’ or ‘Analytic duration’ and select a preconfigured period or custom dates.

A set of predefined date ranges is available for quick access with a single click :

• last 10mn
• last hour
• last 24H
• last 48H
• last week
• last Dataserver startup

Any range of date can be selected with this popup (within the maximum allowed period of 7 days).

1. Click on the first day of the range
2. Click on the second day of the range (can be the same day)

In the bottom part, the hours and minutes can be configured.

Navigation

You can go to next and previous period with the left/right arrow.

The time period will go forward or backward within the current analytic duration period.

In this example, next period will be 28/10/2025 09:09 and previous period will be 26/10/2025 09:094.

Live mode

By clicking the play button, the portal automatically refreshes every 15 seconds and displays the last 10 minutes of data by default.

To stop the live mode, click the pause button.

You can configure the live mode with the following parameters:

• period time (cannot exceed 1 hour, as loading larger periods takes longer and is not relevant for live monitoring)
• refresh time (cannot be set below 15 seconds, since agents send metrics every 15 seconds)

Zoom from graph

You can zoom in and out on the graphs using the mouse wheel and pan left or right. To apply the zoomed time range across the entire portal, click the date and select Use zoom period. The portal will then refresh with the new time range.

Date format selection

To change the date format, click ‘Date format’ and select the desired option.

English format is : MM/DD/YYYY 12-hour AM/PM

French format is : DD/MM/YYYY 24-hour
