Definition of the debug session action is very similar to debug session creation.
An additional option is available - it does allow to select the current server to be covered by the debug session, and not a pre-defined list.
This can be combined to a pre-defined list of servers/agents.
A debug session action cannot be triggered on alerts coming from EM metrics (Virtual) as they are not linked to any agent
