Several files and folders are dedicated to HPA portal configuration:
- environment.config is dedicated to HPA network configuration
- environment.yml is dedicated to the available Calypso instances monitoring
- security.config is dedicated to the https management within HPA
- override_config is dedicated to replace the HPA default configuration
